Payment is expected at time of service; we offer several payment options:

• Cash or Personal Check
• Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

In addition, financing options are available for the more expensive procedures.  Please feel free to discuss these options with our staff.  One of the services we offer is Third-Party financing through CareCredit.  Their application is done either over the phone or on-line in the privacy of your own home so all your financial information is kept private between you and CareCredit.  They offer many plans to fit anyone's budget, several of which are at no interest.

We are happy to file your insurance for you.  Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit, or let our staff know if your insurance carrier has changed.  Please note that practically all insurance companies require us to have the social security numbers of the policy holder and of the patient using the insurance in order for them to give us a breakdown of your benefit plan, so please have that information with you.

Most often your insurance will not cover the full cost of your dental care.  Many plans have a coinsurance, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of services.  We will contact your insurance provider and get an explanation of your benefits prior to any needed work so that you have a better idea of what your actual out-of-pocket expenses will be.
